Kehlani xo Fall Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Kehlani xo Coco Paradise Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Kehlani xo, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Kehlani xo”). The Giveaway is being promoted in collaboration with Instagram creator @theegirlbrand.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States, excluding Hawaii, and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Kehlani xo and the participating Creator are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, entrants must:
- Follow @kehlanixostore on Instagram;
- Follow @theegirlbrand on Instagram;
- Like the designated Giveaway post; and
- Comment on the Giveaway post answering:
“Which matters most in your body care — exfoliation, moisture, or smelling amazing?”
Limit one (1) eligible entry per Instagram account. Additional comments will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One Coco Paradise Body Butter
- One Coco Paradise Body Scrub
- One custom Kehlani xo bag
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $58.00.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about November 8, 2026, Kehlani xo will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Sponsor may also randomly select alternate potential winners at the time of the drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant’s compliance with the Giveaway requirements and eligibility criteria will be verified.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted only by the official Kehlani xo Instagram account, @kehlanixostore.
Kehlani xo will never request payment, banking information, credit-card information, passwords, or fees in order to claim a prize.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and complete the requested winner verification form.
If the potential winner:
- does not respond within 48 hours;
- cannot be contacted;
- fails to meet the eligibility requirements;
- fails to complete the requested verification information; or
- declines the prize,
Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner.
A selected entrant is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified by Kehlani xo.
8. Winner Information and Privacy
The potential winner may be asked to securely provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize, including:
- Full name
- Instagram username
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Confirmation that the winner is at least 18 years old and otherwise eligible
Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with the winner, and fulfill the prize.
Giveaway information will not be added to Kehlani xo marketing lists without separate consent.
9. Prize Delivery
Kehlani xo will ship the prize to the verified winner at no charge.
The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Sponsor is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by inaccurate information provided by the winner or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
10. Entry Conditions
Entries generated through automated methods, bots, scripts, fake accounts, fraudulent means, or other attempts to manipulate the Giveaway may be disqualified.
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Kehlani xo and not to Instagram.
Each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility associated with the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Modification or Cancellation
Kehlani xo reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform problems, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially interfere with the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Any action taken under this section will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuccessful entries resulting from technical failures, internet interruptions, Instagram outages, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Winner Information
Where required by applicable law, the winner’s name may be made available without charge upon request after completion of the Giveaway.

15. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
