FOS U.S. ORDERS

Due to the personal nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  This way, we can ensure our customers receive fresh, unused, and new products.

If you are completely unsatisfied with your product(s), please contact customer care at hello@kehlanixo.com to process an exchange. We currently do not honor refunds. All returns are processed for a value the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated.

Please note that promotional/sale/clearance/ items are FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)? HERE'S HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S).

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged or incorrect item (s), please provide an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. Supporting evidence must be provided at the time of initial inquiry.

Please email hello@lanixostore.com to initiate a return approval. Include your order number, name, description, and photos in the initial email. 

Responses are provided between 24-72 hrs (not including Sundays and holidays).
